I’m Oriana, a Certified Career and Leadership Coach.
I work with mission-driven professionals, social entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations to navigate career challenges, enhance leadership skills, and cultivate well-being in the workplace. Through personalized career coaching and leadership development, I help individuals manage stress, explore new career paths, and align their professional goals with their values. Together, we’ll create more space for growth, resilience, and social impact in your work and life.
Why social impact?
As a seasoned nonprofit professional, I’ve seen and experienced the unique overwork, overwhelm, anxiety and resignation people working in the social impact space face. Today, chronic stress and burnout are hampering our ability to tackle the world’s most pressing problems and navigate profound shifts in the way we live and work. This is why it’s critical now more than ever to put our individual and organizational well-being first in support of the change we desire to see in the world.
My interest and pull towards coaching grew from my own experience of overwhelm and burnout in the nonprofit sector. Without adequate support systems in place, I did not know how to navigate the stress, anxiety, and challenges I experienced as a result of my work. When I finally decided more of the same wasn’t an option, I connected with a professional coach who not only supported my growth and healing, but helped me see and honor my own emotional resilience and capacity for change.
Mission & Approach
Today, I aspire to create a similar space for my peers and community to step back and reflect on the narrative of work and success ever-present in today’s capitalist culture and society and discover how we can all live more in alignment with our values, purpose, and natural energy flow. In turn, I aim to inspire and cultivate a new workplace culture in support of social change that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional well-being and fulfillment.
My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and strategic action. I believe individual well-being and resilience are key components of any profound and sustainable social impact career. When we learn how to understand and engage more deeply with ourselves, others, and the world, we are able to create more effective impact. I hold space for individuals, organizations and teams to pause, explore what strategies, beliefs, or behaviors are no longer serving them, and take strategic action rooted in a deep sense of self care and service to the collective.
