How we’ll work together

  • Step 1 - Connect

    When you’re ready, book a free consultation call with me. We’ll explore your needs and desired goals for coaching and decide if we’re a good fit.

  • Step 2 - Design

    Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll use our first session to co-design our partnership and lay the foundation for our work. We’ll explore immediate challenges you are facing, long-term aspirations, and set meaningful goals for the coaching engagement.

  • Step 3 - Explore

    Each session, we’ll meet online to explore where you are, where you want to be, and how you can bridge the gap. I ask that you come prepared with a topic you’d like coaching on, which will often relate to the intentions we set at the start of the process, but may be something that’s top of mind.

  • Step 4 - Practice

    As we progress, you’ll take what you’ve discovered & learned in session and apply it in your daily life. We may agree on actions, practices, or reflection exercises you’d like to complete between sessions and I’ll provide ongoing accountability. We’ll regularly check-in and adjust our session frequency and completion as needed.

My coaching approach

I coach people facing a change or challenge in their professional or personal life. Often, people come to me for coaching when they are navigating a career change, stepping into a new role, wanting to enhance their leadership presence and emotional resilience, or seeking greater well-being, satisfaction and work-life equilibrium.

As a coach, I help you explore, lead with curiosity and create a clear vision of what you want for your work and life. My aim in coaching is to both move you toward your desired future now and leave you feeling more resourced and empowered to navigate future challenges or changes when they arise.

My coaching integrates a dynamic, emotion-centered approach, blending a variety of methods and tools to keep sessions engaging and tailored to your unique opportunities and challenges. Between sessions, I offer personalized recommendations such as books, podcasts, tools, and other resources to help you deepen your insights and integrate newfound awareness.

  • Coaching is a partnership geared towards helping you clarify and reach your professional and personal goals. The aim is to both move you toward your desired future now and leave you feeling more resourced and empowered to face future challenges or changes when they arise.

  • Each coaching session is 60 minutes long and held over zoom. We’ll define an overarching goal for our coaching engagement and tailor each session to whatever topics or questions you’d like to cover. I have a relational style and individuality is important to me. I approach each coaching relationship with a fresh perspective and partner with you to explore and discover what will help move you forward.

    I offer an free consultation in which you can share your needs and goals for coaching and get a sense of my style and approach, and decide whether coaching with me is right for you.

  • We can cover a range of topics within a coaching engagement, from leadership development to career change and personal well-being. You can see some common topics I coach on here; however, this list is not exhaustive and I am happy to welcome other topics that you would like coaching on.

  • I’m a certified professional coach. I graduated from the Newfield Network Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery program. I am further trained in Emotion-Centered Coaching from the School of Emotions and as an Emotional Culture Deck Practitioner.
